Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using this app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of the App
The App is a music player for iOS that connects to your personal cloud storage (Dropbox and/or iCloud Drive), allowing you to browse and play audio files stored there. The App does not host, distribute, or provide any music content itself.
In-App Purchase
The App is available as a free download with limited functionality. Full access to all features can be unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase ("Premium Unlock") available via the Apple App Store.
- The purchase is a one-time payment and grants permanent access to all features.
- There is no subscription, recurring charge, or auto-renewal.
- All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's own Terms of Service and refund policy. The developer has no access to your payment information.
- If you purchase on one device, you can restore your purchase on other devices signed in to the same Apple ID at no extra cost, using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.
Dropbox Integration
The App connects to Dropbox using the official Dropbox API with your explicit authorization. By connecting your Dropbox account, you acknowledge the following:
- The App requests access to your Dropbox account in order to allow you to browse and link folders stored anywhere in your Dropbox. The App only reads folder structure and streams audio files you select. The only write operation performed is the one-time creation of an
/AudRigfolder in your Dropbox root if it does not already exist. - The App does not transmit your Dropbox credentials to the developer or any third party. Authentication is handled entirely by Dropbox.
- Your Dropbox connection can be revoked at any time through your Dropbox account settings at dropbox.com under Connected Apps.
- Your use of Dropbox is subject to Dropbox's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
iCloud Drive Integration
The App can optionally access audio files stored in your iCloud Drive. This integration uses Apple's standard file access APIs and requires no separate login — the App uses the iCloud account already configured on your device. By choosing to link iCloud Drive folders, you acknowledge the following:
- The App accesses only the folders you have explicitly selected or linked. It reads file metadata and audio file content within those folders for in-app browsing and playback. The App does not browse, access, read, or modify files outside the folders you have linked.
- The App does not write to, modify, or delete any files in your iCloud Drive.
- No iCloud credentials or tokens are handled or stored by the App. File access is mediated entirely by iOS using your existing iCloud session.
- Your use of iCloud Drive is subject to Apple's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Privacy
The developer does not collect, store, process, or share any personal data about you. The App performs no analytics, crash reporting, or tracking of any kind. The only external network communication is between your device and Dropbox's servers or Apple's iCloud infrastructure.

User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to play and access the audio files in your Dropbox or iCloud Drive, complying with applicable copyright laws in your jurisdiction, and the content stored in your cloud accounts.
The App is intended for personal, private use with audio files you have the right to access.
Intellectual Property
All code, design, and assets in the App are the property of Martin Mellström and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the App or any part of it.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the App will be free from errors or interruptions, that it will be compatible with all iOS versions or devices, or that Dropbox or Apple's iCloud service availability — which is outside the developer's control — will remain unchanged.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or issues arising from Dropbox's or Apple's iCloud platform.
Changes to the App and Terms
The developer reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. These Terms and Conditions may also be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
